How often do you meet?
Our formal meetings are every Monday at 6 pm.
Where do you meet?
Current active members are made aware of our meeting location.
How long are the meetings?
We start at 6 pm and run for about an hour to cover film news, upcoming events, shoutouts, and networking. Then afterwards we go into production schedule for the upcoming week and cover what projects will be filmed and where.
What is the agenda for each meeting?
The format for each meeting is as follows:
6 - 6:30 pm: Cover film news, Network, Intros for new members, Shoutouts from members (pitch new script ideas, news, film related events we should know about, etc)
6:30- 7:30 pm: Cover upcoming production schedule for film projects during the week.

Is there a cost to join?
Starting January 2017 we will have three ticket prices for new members.
FMSA Monthly Membership: $45
FMA Student Monthly Membership: $25
Non-Member Attendee: $30 (per event attended)
Monthly Membership Access (applies for student film makers)
Film Makers who want a consistent film making program to join are encouraged to apply for the monthly membership ticket. $45 dollars a month gets you entrance to all the sessions for each month. This allows you to get invovled with as many projects as you want to take on.
Benefits:
- Access to all sessions each month
- Lets you take on as many film projects as you want
- Access to members only portal for communicating with all members and sharing content
- Keeps you updated on Film projects in San Antonio and Texas
- Helps you build your film and acting resume faster with experience
Non-Members Access
If you are not sure about joining our program and want to find out how our program works then you can pay per-event to attend for a rate of $30 dollars. You will be able to float between productions and determine if you want to join. If you find that you like the program then you can sign up for a monthly membership rate of $45.
Benefits:
- Allows you to pay only for events you attend
- Lets you experience how our program runs without any commitments
- Non-Members can provide simple hand experience during the session attended

Who is this group for?
We are looking for anyone in the entertainment industry to join us, so if you are in video gaming, acting, music, VR/AR, web videos, drone photography, social media, or traditional film making then we welcome you to come and join our program.
What kind of people do you need?

- Animators
- Drawing/Graphic Artists for storyboarding and creating movie posters
- Musicians (Score and create original music for film projects)
- Social Media experts to help with posting content
- Actors/Actresses
- Professional Camera Operators (Photographers, DPs, HD camera operators, drone camera operators, etc)
- Support Staff (Find Sponsors, manage website/online content, marketers, etc)

If I don't have any experience, can I still join?
Yes, as long as you have a passion to learn the film making process then anyone can join. There is no age limit just as long as you come with a positive can-do attitude and willing to learn something new.

Can I bring my own film making equipment?
Yes, we encourage people to bring their equipment. You will be able to work with groups and get more work done faster. If the software you use is on your laptop feel free to bring it with you. Wifi is provided in the studios.
Is there an age limit to join?
As long as you are able to drive yourself to the meetings and meet at different locations where we film then you are welcome to join the program. If you are younger(13 or younger) than a parent needs to be present.
Is the Film Makers Program on Snapchat?
Yes, we post content every Monday night while we are working. You can snap us your questions (video/txt) or even showcase your work (video only).
